Johanna posted an interesting article on a lab experiment designed to make people fall in love. It was a cool article, for sure, but one thing in particular caught my eye. It talked about how powerful getting a compliment can be, and noted that we just don’t spend enough time saying nice things to each other on a regular basis. So, for my first project of the year, I have set up a mailbox where, once a day, I will reply to someone who asks with a compliment. Just send a note, and you’ll be put into the queue. I’m just sending out one a day, though, so it may take a few days to get back to you.
